Mt. Gilead Men Breakfast



  • In a 10 or 12 inch dutch oven cook one lb sausage until almost done

  • add one diced medium onion

  • one diced green pepper

  • some garlic and saute until soft

  • add one bag frozen hash browns and cook until hash browns are warm

  • In separate bowl Mix 12 eggs

  • 1/2 cup milk, cumin powder, black pepper or whatever spices you like and whip

  • Pour over sausage-hash brown mixture then add cheese on top

  • Cover and cook 45 minutes to an hour

  • Serve with salsa and sour cream
