Mt. Gilead Men Breakfast
- In a 10 or 12 inch dutch oven cook one lb sausage until almost done
- add one diced medium onion
- one diced green pepper
- some garlic and saute until soft
- add one bag frozen hash browns and cook until hash browns are warm
- In separate bowl Mix 12 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk, cumin powder, black pepper or whatever spices you like and whip
- Pour over sausage-hash brown mixture then add cheese on top
- Cover and cook 45 minutes to an hour
- Serve with salsa and sour cream
